We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Learning and Development team and enhance our People & Culture mission to ensure the professional and personal growth of our workforce. This person will work directly with the Director of Learning and Development to build world-class learning experiences that drive engagement, performance and equity across the organization and to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate is someone who cares deeply about building the best employee experience and is excited to tackle new challenges. This role focuses on empowering employees to enhance their skills, knowledge and abilities, aligning with our organizational goals and objectives. 

We are looking for someone who can build learning and development content and deliver unique learning experiences to support global onboarding, leadership development and ongoing professional development opportunities for our employees. A great candidate will be excited about the opportunity to experiment, iterate and create new solutions. Someone who believes that a person's abilities can grow and improve with practice. 

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.

What you'll be doing:

    • Strategic Planning: Plan and execute the company’s learning and development strategy, prioritizing the most important work and implementing various learning methods company-wide. 
    • Learning Design: Design engaging learning experiences, including e-learnings, workshops, practice activities and company-wide training. 
    • Program Development: Design and implement foundational learning programs, with a focus on onboarding, leadership development and ongoing skills development.  
    • Facilitation: Plan, guide and deliver Learning and Development programming to motivate learners, encourage engagement and discussion and provide actionable outcomes. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including People, Operations, Sales, and department heads, to align on learning needs. 
    • Measurement and Evaluation: Evaluate individual and organizational learning needs. Gather feedback from the business and learners to inform and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure effectiveness of our offerings. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve our learning and development offerings. 

What you’ll bring to the table:

    • Experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Operations, or related fields. 
    • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Training Manager or similar. 
    • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies. 
    • Proficient with e-learning platforms and tools, including Articulate 360 and Learning Management Systems (LMS). 
    • Strong facilitation skills and ability to manage the emotional culture of large groups by creating psychological safety. 
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs on a global scale. 
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning technologies. 
    • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
