As a full-time Developer Relations Engineer at StackBlitz, you will take the lead on communicating with and supporting our users and customers in both 1:1 and one-to-many channels. This will include everything from troubleshooting technical problems via our support channels to talking about StackBlitz on podcasts, writing blog posts for our website, or engaging with our enterprise customers on sales calls. Internally, you'll work with the product engineering team to improve StackBlitz by conveying feedback from developers, reviewing and contributing to product designs, writing production ready code, and testing new features.
An ideal candidate for this role likely has:
Experience in some customer facing capacity
Spent 2+ years building web applications for a living
Aptitude for engaging written and spoken storytelling
Proficiency with some of the following web technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Next.js, Storybook
Experience participating in online and offline developer communities and ecosystems
