We're looking for a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to:

- Be at the forefront of innovation, implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance how attorneys approach their cases in the courtroom.
What you'll need:
- A Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, SQL, or similar web frameworks and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and system scalability.
- Applied experience with NLP technologies including large language models, vector embeddings, and traditional search (e.g., ElasticSearch or Solr).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver solutions in areas beyond immediate expertise.
- An empathetic and collaborative approach to problem-solving, focusing on effectiveness over perfection.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring a future team and leading from the front.

$75,000 - $220,000 a year
Compensation is salary + performance bonus + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience level.
