This early-stage company is building an AI-powered client intelligence layer for advisors. By turning conversations, emails, and notes into structured workflows, the platform helps eliminate admin and drive personalization at scale. Backed by top investors and led by seasoned operators, the team is small, product-led, and shipping fast.

As one of the early engineers, you’ll own core product features and shape the UX of an AI-native platform from the ground up. Working closely with design and product, you’ll build elegant, responsive interfaces and tie them into LLM-powered systems that turn unstructured data into actions.

What You’ll Tackle:

    • Build polished UIs using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
    • Translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
    • Integrate with tools like Zoom, Gmail, Salesforce
    • Contribute to backend interfaces (Rails) powering LLM workflows
    • Ship fast, iterate often, and move with ownership

What You'll Bring:

    • 4–6 years experience building fullstack or frontend-heavy web apps
    • Deep fluency in React/TypeScript and GraphQL
    • Strong eye for UI/UX and clean component design
    • Bonus: Rails and GCP experience
    • Start-to-finish product ownership mindset
    • Collaborative, low-ego, and excited to move fast in an early environment

Why You’ll Want to Join:

    • Founding team with deep product and startup experience
    • High ownership: shape both product and codebase from day one
    • Real-world AI use case, already gaining market traction
    • Backed by respected early-stage investors
    • Competitive compensation + equity

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation is salary range above + meaningful equity in an early-stage venture-backed startup, commensurate with level of experience.
