As the Senior Digital Campaign Manager with Stand Together Communications, you will lead high-impact digital strategies for national initiatives for Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) and The LIBRE Initiative. This role calls for a strategic leader with expertise in digital advocacy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will drive strategic growth and optimize digital outcomes that support the organization’s mission, brand position and legislative objectives.

How You Will Contribute

    • Plan and execute multiple high-impact digital marketing campaigns.  
    • Work with internal stakeholders to determine project goals, KPIs, and testing plans to reach CVA and The LIBRE Initiative’s brand goals and legislative priorities. 
    • Contribute to the digital media planning process with the paid media team for the campaigns you manage. 
    • Serve as the lead relationship-builder to partner effectively with marketing, communications, grassroots organizing, programming, policy, and government affairs teams.   
    • Leverage social, email, texting, and paid digital campaigns to build partners’ brands and grow their online communities of activists.   
    • Collaborate with digital capabilities, including content marketing, email, web development, and vendors to execute campaign plans.   
    • Work with creative teams including designers, videographers, and copywriters to develop creative elements for campaigns.   
    • Partner with our analytics team to develop regular reports that communicate campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders.   
    • Think “big picture” and innovate through frequent experimentation.  
    • Coordinate with departments and partners to align strategic priorities and ensure project timelines are followed. 
    • Utilize regular performance metrics to inform ongoing campaign strategy and share key learnings across the other capabilities.  
    • Help manage the email marketing programs for The LIBRE Initiative and CVA from content planning to deployment/engagement planning.  

What You Will Bring

    • 5+ years of experience developing digital campaign strategies and overseeing its execution.  
    • Experience marketing to grassroots activists or political campaign audiences. 
    • Project management and campaign execution experience, with an attention to detail and a proven ability to manage timelines.   
    • Familiarity with digital trends and best practices.    
    • Experience with social media platforms, media planning and buying, and audience acquisition campaigns.    
    • Experience managing relationships and developing strategies with external vendors.
    • Knowledge of email marketing strategy, systems, and best practices. 
    • Experience building out campaign landing pages in platforms like i360, Unbounce, Speak4 or Instapage to compliment campaign strategy.   
    • A demonstrated understanding of text messaging strategy and best practices.    
    • Critical thinking skills and a creative mindset to help develop effective engagement tactics, and optimize campaign performance.

Standout Candidates Will Bring

    • Project management and/or digital marketing certifications.  
    • Experience working with grassroots or political campaign teams at a state and regional capacity.  
    • A background in creating and contributing to digital marketing collateral like copywriting and basic design.   
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
