We're seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager to drive the execution and evolution of our Partner Search platform and knowledge management systems. This role focuses on the day-to-day operational excellence needed to transform how our organization discovers, evaluates, and manages partnerships. You'll be at the center of building relationships and partner management technology that amplifies our mission. 
In the first six months, you'll primarily focus on advancing our Partner Search platform - running daily operations while experimenting with new ways to collaborate, capture, and surface partner insights. This is an execution-focused role that balances transformative innovation with the operational rigor needed to deliver reliable, high-quality systems driven by iterative development. Additionally, our group manages our Salesforce Infrastructure. This role will flex to assist other product teams in discovery, development, and deployment activities to support the continuous improvement of the systems our community leverages to manage partner relationships and impact-based investments. 

This role can be on-site in Arlington, VA, hybrid or remote.

How You Will Contribute


    • Day-to-Day Product Execution 
    • Own the product backlog, sprint planning, QA cycles, and release coordination (JIRA/Confluence). 
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. 
    • Run discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and validation workshops to inform product direction. 
    • Prototype and test lightweight solutions (low-code/no-code) to validate ideas before scaling. 
    • Design continuous user feedback loops to drive iteration and measurable improvements. 
    • Communicate progress through updates on delivery, experiments, and key metrics. 

    • Knowledge Systems Support 
    • Partner with business units to improve CRM workflows and local knowledge systems. 
    • Enhance Salesforce configurations and integrations to improve usability and data integrity. 
    • Document and optimize workflows across investment, finance, and partner databases. 
    • Drive data quality initiatives through validation processes and cleanup efforts.

What You Will Bring


    • Essential Experience 
    • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience with strong operational execution skills. 
    • Proven ability to manage backlogs, run sprints, and deliver features reliably. 
    • Experience with rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and iterative development. 
    • Background in Salesforce administration and enterprise system integration 

    • Technical Competencies 
    • Operational Excellence: backlog management, sprint planning, QA coordination. 
    • Prototyping: ability to create quick POCs with low/no-code tools. 
    • Data & Analytics: experience with pipelines, ETL, validation processes, and analytics dashboards.

    • Experience building or managing search or knowledge management platforms. 
    • Familiarity with partner/relationship management systems or CRM optimization. 
    • Track record of balancing innovation with operational reliability. 
    • Exposure to NLP, semantic search, or AI-powered discovery systems. 
    • Understanding of nonprofit or philanthropic technology environments.
