While you can break down projects into their component parts, you feel accountable to and can articulate goals and results to leveraged audiences whose buy-in you need to be successful.
 
Your role works with Stand Together's Education leadership team to accelerate one of the most robust and successful portfolios in the country dedicated to transforming the K-12 education system from one-size-fits-all to learning that’s tailored to each student’s unique gifts, interests, and needs.

Every day you will drive multiple concurrent workstreams, partner with a broad range of internal and external collaborators, and help to inform better decision making. To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive project manager, executor, data-driven problem-solver, and effective communicator. 

How You Will Contribute

    • Contributing to the development of key strategies and partnering with the Vice President on operationalizing strategies into executable projects to manage.
    • Creating effective feedback loops with working group members through building and maintaining strong mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Overseeing knowledge dissemination, reporting, and document retention to inform strategy development in accordance with compliance policies.
    • Leveraging best practices and continually improving internal systems with an eye toward future needs and reality-based constraints and budgets.
    • Ensuring initiative team objectives, goals, metrics, and timelines are consistently met, and drive regular planning and analysis of performance.
    • Identify and managing landscape shifts and risk mitigation around key projects in partnership with other internal teams. 

What You Will Bring

    • An innate ability to identify and foster a network of mutually beneficial partnerships with all levels of staff.
    • Initiative to continuously identify areas for improvement and willingness to experiment in problem solving. 
    • Strong writing skills and experience gathering and condensing mass amounts of information into clear, concise reports. 
    • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage multiple concurrent projects, particularly with finance and budgeting capability.
    • Standout candidates may also bring experience in managing projects related to education.
