As Partnerships Coordinator, you will keep Empowered’s Partnerships team running smoothly so they can focus on building and strengthening relationships. This role blends event logistics, workflow coordination, and administrative organization to ensure our team delivers on commitments, maximizes opportunities, and represents Empowered with excellence.

How You Will Contribute

    • Partnership Operations Support: Support partnership operations by frequently connecting with the team, maintaining CRM data, tracking and ensuring timely fulfillment of partner commitments, driving accountability on follow-ups, and flagging when to involve project managers or internal teams for greater value creation
    • Conference & Event Logistics: Coordinate all logistics for educational conferences, trainings, and events, including: Registration/tickets, ordering and shipping materials, managing vendor relationships, shipping schedules, restocking supplies, managing event calendar, and after-action items (debriefs, data collection for outcomes) 
    • General administrative support: Assist Relationship Managers with meeting coordination, travel planning, and partner follow-ups while keeping the Team Lead closely informed of partnership progress or challenges
    • Workflow & Process Improvement: Improve workflows by identifying bottlenecks and creating templates, checklists, and best practices that streamline coordination, boost efficiency, and reduce errors (e.g., virtual training, onboarding new community partners)

What You Will Bring

    • 2+ years of professional experience in administration, logistics, or operations roles 
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
    • Adaptable in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Excitement about making a positive impact in K-12 education through empowering educators 
    • Strong teamwork skills including the ability to provide constructive direction to team members at different levels 
    • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect. 

Standout Candidates Will Bring

    • Salesforce experience  
    • Event coordination experience, ideally in a mission-driven or education-focused organization  
    • Program Coordination experience for multiple workstreams
