The Operations Manager, Media Partnerships will drive operational and execution excellence across various aspects of the media investments and partnership portfolios, supporting internal and external partnerships, communication, reporting, and business analytics. You will establish core knowledge systems to ensure sustained success across a growing portfolio of A-level entertainment media partnerships. 

In this role, you will drive multiple concurrent workstreams, collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to informed decision-making. To succeed, you must be an effective communicator, a natural problem solver, and a proactive project manager and executor. 

Your Responsibilities Include

    • Leverage project management and operations best practices to establish and maintain tools and workstreams for managing and communicating the status of multiple concurrent initiatives. 
    • Develop, drive, and track partnership plans in collaboration with partnership managers and leadership. 
    • Oversee goal setting, operational planning, timeline tracking, and project reviews in partnership with leadership and project teams. 
    • Coordinate with internal teams to manage timelines, stakeholder communication, project tracking, and resource allocation, ensuring accountability for deliverables (contracts, payments). 
    • Contribute to the development of key strategies with leadership, operationalizing them into executable projects. 
    • Own knowledge dissemination, reporting, communications, and document retention to support strategy development in compliance with policies. 
    • Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable creative briefs for content partnerships. 

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 7+ years of diverse operations and project management experience, collaborating with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. 
    • Expertise in project management tools specifically Airtable, Asana, Workfront, and Salesforce. 
    • Exceptional writing skills, with experience in condensing large amounts of information into clear, concise reports and project briefs. 
    • Proficiency in setting deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for complex projects and programs. 
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines. 
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a natural curiosity for finding solutions. 
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of urgency and ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in changing landscapes.
