About the role
Starburst is looking for a creative and diligent Content Operations Intern who is eager to make a significant impact at a hyper-growth data and analytics company.
Responsibilities
- Manage an ongoing task list of content-based projects
- Actively participate in team meetings
- Submit blog posts ready to go live to the web team
- Create images for blogs and/or other assets
- Create videos with closed captioning for social media
- Repurpose content in various formats
- Update written posts to support SEO efforts
- Support content audits to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Thoughtful communicator, detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working on multiple projects
- Basic familiarity with social media channels and audiences
- Ability to adhere to deadlines while producing high-quality work
- Self-directed to learn about emerging big data, data management and analytics trends
- Embody Starburst values: authenticity, humility, grit, meritocracy and ownership.
- Ability to work for ~ 12 weeks starting in May/June 2023.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
