Requirements
- Certified Public Account
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-10 years progressive experience in finance, tax, and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience working with payroll services outside of the U.S.
- Experience in a startup SaaS company environment preferred
- Experience with FP&A desired
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and accounting software systems, ideally including QuickBooks and Maxio
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, a keen attention to detail and a focus on efficiency
- Strong communication skills, including in email
- Self-starter and self-motivated person who excels in a fast-paced professional environment
- Works with a sense of urgency and takes ownership of the core responsibilities of this position

Responsibilties
- Manages accounting and financial aspects of the company, including monthly close, accounting policies and technical accounting research
- Approves invoices and expense reports for payment
- Manages reporting and analysis, including monthly financial statement analysis for internal management and investor packages
- Manages the finance/operations side of quote to cash, including, Order Form creation, revenue recognition, invoice creation and AR management
- Develops ad hoc analyses, projections and financial models
- Manages non-payroll budget
- Collaborates on legal initiatives, both for HR agreements as well as software license agreements
- Manages finance and accounting staff development
- Oversees the annual audit for the company
- Develops policies and procedures related to travel management
- Supervises vendor management, with a focus on cost management
- Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned
