Learning is a key part of this role. We work with almost every blockchain and in many different programming languages, some mainstream and some custom to the blockchain we are working on.


    • Grow a world class recruiting team.
    • Partner with our leaders and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs.
    • Plan, develop, and implement sourcing strategies.
    • Utilize data to improve our process and provide detailed information regarding the market conditions.
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process to ensure an excellent recruiting experience for all Stardust candidates.


    • Building strong recruiting teams. 
    • Being a hands on technical recruiter, or you have directly led teams that have successfully won the war for technical talent. 
    • Early growth stage engineering led companies.
    • Employer branding - you understand the importance of building a brand that applicants recognize.
    • Partnering directly with GTM leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

    • You know how to balance long-term focus with practical day-to-day execution.
    • Experience building and managing a recruiting function and team.
    • You are an experienced hands-on recruiter and have driven strategy for a corporate in-house recruiting function.
    • Proven ability to collaborate with people across all levels and functional areas.
    • You keep diversity top of mind and continually look for ways to discover and engage with talent from underrepresented backgrounds to drive our values forward.
    • You are a team player and have the ability to influence and develop effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
    • A great sense of humor and grace under pressure, highly appreciated!
