The Customer Success team at Stardust is responsible for overseeing client relationships - becoming a trusted advisor and cultivating strategic initiatives leading to growth.

We’re looking for a high-caliber individual to help build, grow and maintain our enterprise clients at Stardust. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company. The ideal candidate is a product-oriented sales leader, who cares deeply about the technology you sell and enjoys contributing to and driving product roadmap decisions all while building a world class organization. 

What You’ll Do

    • Cultivate long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives from C-level on down 
    • Provide oversight during the client journey with responsibility for growth and renewal 
    • Own all solutions and services sales activities for assigned accounts 
    • Forecast accurately 
    • Use Salesforce effectively to manage the sales process, lead generation to close, and maintain relevant data
    • Manage renewal process and pipeline for assigned book of business

Who You Are

    • 2+ years of account management
    • Experience building and maximizing relationships with key influencers and decision makers 
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
    • Strong executive presence and ability to successfully navigate all levels of partners organizations
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Proven track record in building enduring and successful client relationships
    • Experience working in gaming preferred
