EA & Office Manager (part-time)

Starsky Robotics is seeking a part-time (20 hr/week) EA & Office Manager at its headquarters in San Francisco.

Job Description

    • Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel planning for Founders
    • Scheduling for interview candidates
    • Book travel and lodging for out-of-town candidates
    • Maintain kitchen, conference rooms, and lunch/snack orders
    • Organize, track, and order office equipment and supplies


    • Scheduling and calendaring experience (minimum 1 year)
    • Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
    • Ability to take ownership of projects and be proactive about suggestions to improve processes
    • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates, clients, etc
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


    • Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
