Development Program Manager 
The Development Program Manager (DPM), drives execution of significant strategic development initiatives for the company, driving the successful completion of deliverables to quality, timeliness and efficiency metrics. The projects will be technical development in nature and will require application of Agile principles and more traditional project management methods. Specifically, the DPM develops program schedules, team member and stakeholder responsibilities, templates and tools, reporting and quality assurance of deliverables. The DPM ensures that all project swim lanes are coordinated across project teams, resources are optimized, customer and executive management communication is timely and accurate.


    • Acts as point of contact and lead for multiple, concurrent projects leveraging multiple SCRUM teams across geographies
    • Oversee and direct technical development projects from conception to completion
    • Organize deliverables, timelines, resources, risks and mitigation plans to execute in a rational, organized way
    • Daily in-depth review of projects to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
    • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to Agile Sprint and overall Program status
    • Preventative planning to ensure problem resolution is succinct
    • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
    • Communicate regularly in oral and written form with Senior levels within the Company and the Customer
    • Drive adherence to and achievement of established Company and Customer KPIs related to the programs
    • Ensure all team members (full time and contractor) are meeting budget, time and quality metrics
    • Be the liaison between Development, Operations and customer support to identify and drive to resolution and questions/concerns
    • Support strategic initiatives and large-scale cross-functional communications projects


    • 5 + years of experience in complex, large-scale and cross-functional projects –particularly with unified solutions containing hardware, software, communications and adjunct services    
    • 3+ years of hands on experience in Agile development environments
    • Experience acting as a strategic business manager to identify and support projects on and off existing roadmap
    • Competent in conflict and crisis management
    • Excellent time management and project management skills
    • Experience with utility infrastructure, new network installation and service
    • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and project management software
    • Advanced degree preferred 
    • PMP (Preferred)
