THE OPPORTUNITY: Sales Development Associate
Brighter is an exciting start-up environment looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional who can help widen adoption of our product through a high volume of calls. The ideal candidate can regularly navigate conversations with dentists and their staffs across the country to help them understand the benefits of installing Brighter’s product. 

THE OPPORTUNITY: Sales Development Associate

    • Be a hunter. Cold call/email leads.
    • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology.  Identify appropriate people to reach out to.
    • Understand the technology and business structure.
    • Develop and close qualified sales opportunities.
    • Achieve monthly quotas of both activity and closed deals.

REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

    • EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred
    • EXPERIENCE: 0-3 years, new grads welcomed!
    • Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
    • Capable and eager to make 60+ calls a day.
    • Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well.
    • Thrives in a competitive team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems.
    • Strong organization and administration skills.
    • Professional, friendly and positive disposition.
    • Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
    • Commitment to company vision, mission and values.
    • Willing and able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
