Position Overview:
We are seeking Front-end Software Engineers to join their team in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a Front-end Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a diverse team to develop and maintain front-end applications for high-complexity solutions. You will leverage your expertise in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript to contribute to mission-critical projects.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Implement and optimize front-end build and deployment frameworks such as npm, Esbuild, Vite, and Webpack.
- Ensure adherence to software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and contribute innovative solutions.
- Utilize version control systems, particularly Git, to manage codebase effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7+ years of experience for senior level, 14+ years for expert level, or 20+ years for subject matter expert level.
- Strong proficiency in front-end programming languages such as React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience configuring front-end build and deployment frameworks, such as npm, Esbuild, Vite, Webpack is desired.
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix systems is desired.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.

Salary Ranges:
- 7+ years with BS: $140,000 - $170,000
- 14+ years with BS: $170,000 - $200,000
- 20+ years with BS: $200,000 - $250,000
