ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Team at StatusPRO is seeking a marketing operations manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders, and is a sharp strategic thinker who understands the business impact of efficient and effective operations. This person should see the value of creating inclusive spaces when solving hard problems and will recognize diverse perspectives.The team unlocks collective, sustainable Marketing impact by shaping marketing strategy and plans, spearheading operational excellence, and evolving marketing and its capabilities. This is a highly cross-functional role that will operate as a bridge between marketing and creative and will partner with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence in the Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

    • Implement effective and efficient campaign tracking and analytics capabilities to inform decision-making
    • Manage and Track budget for key functions including processing and vendor setup
    • Develop operational processes for the marketing operations function and implement processes for handling new projects and requests including a process for how decisions are made between creative and marketing; process for prioritizing initiatives, process for how something moves and progresses from start to finish 
    • Manage technical aspects and vendor relationships for key StatusPRO marketing systems + software (website, CRM, Platforms) and serve as bridge between developers and the marketing team
    • Maintain a clean database and ensure full compliance with security and privacy requirements for data 
    • Manage live marketing calendar
    • Develop department meeting schedule

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5-7+ years experience across marketing, operations, or strategy
    • Proven experience establishing marketing and/or operations processes with maximum efficiency
    • Understanding of the Marketing function and its core competencies
    • Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply
    • Success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively balancing between analyzing and executing
    • Skills in balancing attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
