SteerBridge Strategies, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Analyst to support Modern Disability Claims program for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The Production Analyst is responsible for assisting veterans and their families in obtaining benefits and services earned through military service. This role focuses on processing and adjudicating claims for various veterans' benefits, including compensation, pension, education, and other entitlements. The Production Analyst ensures claims are accurately reviewed, developed, and resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 8-12 years of experience.
- Knowledge of VA benefits programs and claims processing is highly preferred.
- Prior military service or experience working with veterans is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple databases.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, veteran-centered service.
- Review and analyze claims applications and support documentation for completeness and eligibility.
- Develop claims by gathering necessary medical records, military service documentation, and other evidence.
- Interpret and apply federal laws, regulations, and policies related to veterans' benefits.
- Draft detailed decisions, including explanations and justifications for benefit determinations.
- Maintain timely and accurate records in the claims management system.
- Communicate effectively with veterans, dependents, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to explain benefits and claim status.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, service organizations, and other government agencies as needed to support claim development.
- Stay current with changes in VA laws, policies, and procedures.
- Meet performance metrics and processing deadlines to ensure quality and timeliness of claims adjudication
RESPONSIBILITIES
$68,400 - $92,000 a year
A salary commensurate with background and experience will be offered.
