About Stockpile
Stockpile is here to make banking and financial literacy accessible and fun for kids and their parents. We’re not just another banking app—we’re creating a space where families can learn to save, invest, and spend together. If you’re passionate about connecting with people through engaging content and believe in the power of social media to inspire positive financial habits, you’ll love being part of the Stockpile team!
About the Role
As a Social Media Marketer at Stockpile, you'll be the creative force behind our online presence. You’ll craft social content that educates, inspires, and resonates with kids, teens, and parents alike. From planning campaigns to creating posts that tell our story, your work will help build a vibrant community around financial wellness. If you’re someone who thrives on creating engaging content, spotting trends, and interacting with followers, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Create Engaging Content: Develop fun, educational, and on-brand content for Stockpile’s social media platforms (think Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). You’ll turn financial concepts into digestible, family-friendly posts that get people talking.
- Plan and Execute Social Campaigns: Lead social campaigns that align with Stockpile’s mission, whether it’s promoting a new feature, celebrating milestones, or starting conversations around financial education.
- Grow and Nurture Our Community: Interact with our followers, respond to comments, and create meaningful connections. You’ll build trust with our audience and make Stockpile a go-to resource for families.
- Monitor Trends and Stay Creative: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, especially in the fintech and family space. You’ll bring fresh ideas to our content strategy and know when to jump on relevant trends that resonate with our audience.
- Analyze and Optimize: Track the performance of your content, analyze engagement data, and refine our approach to improve results. You’ll use insights to understand what’s working and drive continuous growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure our social media efforts are in sync with Stockpile’s goals and brand voice.
What We’re Looking For
- Social Media Expertise: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally with experience in fintech, family-focused products, or education.
- Creative Storytelling: You’re able to make complex topics simple and relatable. You know how to use words, images, and video to connect with followers on an emotional level.
- Passion for Community Building: You love engaging with audiences and creating a positive, interactive online community. You’re excited to foster connections and inspire families on their financial journey.
- Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics) and know how to use data to refine your approach.
- Trend Savvy: You keep a finger on the pulse of social trends, understand what resonates with kids and parents, and are ready to adapt Stockpile’s social voice to stand out.
- Team Player with Great Communication: You work well across teams, sharing ideas and collaborating to create cohesive, aligned content.
