This is all possible because we design, build and operate a network of smart stores that put the customer first with a frictionless shopping experience.

We are expanding quickly and looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead acquisition and engagement marketing for our B2B2C business.  Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will oversee marketing automation, analytics, paid media and content optimization across all of our channels (email, push, in-app, online).

    • Oversee all marketing analytics and optimization
    • Manage our automation platform and be the primary connection to both sales (for salesforce integration) and engineering (web, app, database)
    • Lead our acquisition efforts across social, display, SEM and other channels
    • Own engagement initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email, web, push notifications and in-app
    • Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and analyze findings to separate signal from noise
    • Develop processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization
    • Create and execute campaigns across offline and online channels to drive demand
    • Create and manage attribution model and efficiency of marketing spend


    • 3+ years growth, performance or acquisition marketing
    • Experience in audience segmentation
    • Highly skilled in using marketing automation platforms (Hubspot a plus)
    • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset, proficient with Google analytics
    • Strong working knowledge of both the marketing and sales funnel/process
    • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact
    • Experience with google adwords, paid social and display
    • Bachelor’s degree  or equivalent experience
    • Positive, entrepreneurial attitude

Bonus Points

    • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
    • Skilled in utilizing data visualization tools (like Tableau)
    • Experience in both SEO and SEM
    • Experience with retail
