This is all possible because we design, build and operate automated stores that put the customer first with a seamless, frictionless checkout experience.

We are expanding quickly and looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead content marketing for our B2B and B2C activities. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Sr. Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand voice to life across all our channels,  developing content for partner and customer emails, our website, retail store signage, sales tools and channel marketing.

    • Develop all marketing materials for store launches and partner communications
    • Own and develop the marketing content calendar, closely collaborating with various stakeholders to determine needs and priorities
    • Lead and execute our content marketing strategy across all  of our channels to bring our stories to life
    • Lead email marketing activities, develop content and deploy campaigns, as well as report out on key KPIs
    • Produce customer success stories in a variety of formats including written case studies, videos, and blog posts
    • Manage the editorial calendar for our blog
    • Be a brand content champion within the organization to ensure all content and communications appropriately reflect the brand


    • 5+ years experience in multi-channel content creation
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and other teams
    • Experience with Wordpress, google analytics and email marketing applications
    • Working knowledge in SEO
    • Data Driven mindset, experience performing campaign analysis
    • BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
    • Positive, entrepreneurial attitude

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms
    • Basic graphic design skills
