At Stockwell, we are using design and technology to rethink brick and mortar retail - we place stores right where our customers live, work and play and curate the products in our stores with the help of our customers. This is all possible because we design, build and operate automated stores that put the customer first with a seamless, frictionless checkout experience.

We are expanding quickly and looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead our in-market B2B and B2C marketing efforts.  Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will oversee our new market and new store launch plans, support our sales team with lead generation and develop innovative strategies for partners and consumers to grow our business.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop local marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness and store performance
    • Conduct market research for new market expansion
    • Execute consumer and business facing events to create excitement, demand and growth for Stockwell stores
    • Attend industry events and conferences for multiple business verticals
    • Create and manage channel marketing activities through our partners
    • Collaborate with our sales, retail and operations teams to execute local marketing activities
    • Manage field marketing budget
    • Partner with product brands sold in  our stores to develop and execute co-marketing activities
    • Represent the Stockwell brand through local community relations
    • Develop strategic partnerships to grow brand engagement and new business
    • Help identify and activate local influencers to support key marketing objectives

Requirements:

    • 3+ years field marketing/events experience
    • Experience collaborating with sales on lead generation
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
    • Experience creating copy and content from brand assets
    • Data driven mindset
    • BA/BS in marketing, communications or equivalent experience
    • Flexibility to work some nights and weekends based on business needs
    • Travel up to 30%
    • Positive, entrepreneurial attitude

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms
    • Experience working with residential housing, office managers, property managers, schools and universities
