About the role

As the HR systems manager at Storio group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our Workday system post go-live. You will ensure that our HR technology stack, especially Workday, is leveraged to its full potential to support our global HR objectives. You will lead a team of two HRIS Analysts, based in London and Barcelona, to enhance and expand our Workday capabilities, including the future deployment of Workday Talent Optimization and Workday LMS modules.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead the ongoing optimization and enhancement of our Workday system to ensure it meets evolving business needs and maximizes ROI.
    • Oversee the planning and implementation of new Workday modules, including Talent Optimization and LMS, aligning with our strategic HR objectives.
    • Manage a team of two HRIS Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to drive the successful adoption and effective use of Workday across the organization.
    • Ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of HR data within Workday.
    • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices, configurations, and updates.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to increase proficiency in Workday for HR and other end-users.

Impact and Contributions:

    • Lead the effective optimization of Workday, enhancing HR operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
    • Drive the successful implementation of new Workday modules, supporting our strategic HR initiatives and talent development goals.

Experience and Attributes we’d like to see:

    • 5+ years experience in HR systems management, with a strong focus on Workday
    • Experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining modules
    • Knowledge of touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and security
    • Strong project planning and implementation skills. Experience working in a multi European office setting, optimizing Workday to meet local regulations and legislation.  Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in system optimization.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams.

Nice to Have Experience:

    • Current Workday certifications in Workday HCM, Time tracking and/or Absence modules
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • CIPD qualification in Human Resources
