About the Role:

Your Daily Adventure at Storio
- Orchestrate the end-to-end setup of email campaigns, from selecting the perfect audience to hitting that send button at the optimal moment.
- Become a data detective, monitoring campaign performance and providing insightful reports that help us understand and improve.
- Become a guardian of our customer database, ensuring its accuracy and compliance, keeping it healthy and ready for action.
- Be a supportive partner to our Commercial Team, responding to their requests with efficiency and a can-do attitude.
- Work hand-in-hand with our CRM Tech team to troubleshoot any technical hiccups, ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
- Contribute to the exciting world of A/B testing, helping us discover the most effective ways to connect with our audience.
- Craft and maintain clear documentation of our operational procedures, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Uphold best practices in email marketing, ensuring our creative content is both engaging and compliant.

What you bring to the party:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally within the fast-paced world of e-commerce.
- A knack for analyzing data and a comfort level working with customer databases.
- Practical experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) to execute email campaigns.
- A solid understanding of email and mobile creative requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A Growth mindset, and a willingness to learn and follow directions.
Extra Kudos for Experience:
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and techniques.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
