Working closely with your product team, you'll tackle user problems head-on, armed with insights from qualitative research and analytics.
You'll be a vital part of our dynamic design and research team, led by the Group Director of Design (20 designers, including 6 product designers). We're a collaborative bunch who meet regularly to share feedback, brainstorm ideas, and refine our design and research practices.
Your Daily Adventure at Storio
Get ready for an exciting journey! You'll team up with a senior designer to craft captivating interfaces and journeys for our browsing and checkout experience, collaborating with designers in the editor to create a seamless end-to-end experience that will leave users in awe.
You'll be the champion of clarity, helping customers navigate our product range with ease. By improving and simplifying content, you'll empower users to make informed decisions and find the perfect products for their needs. You'll also play a key role in optimizing our pricing presentation and management, ensuring a smooth and transparent checkout process. And with the help of usability testing, you'll uncover hidden conversion funnel issues and pave the way for a seamless shopping experience.
You'll be guided by the web Design Lead and work hand-in-hand with product managers and engineers as part of a multidisciplinary team. Need to conduct user research? Our UX researchers will be your partners in crime, helping you scope and run usability studies that uncover valuable insights.
