How You'll Make Your Mark:
- As a CRM Operations Intern, your contributions will be key to our success. Here’s a glimpse of the exciting tasks you’ll be involved in:
- Crafting and launching engaging email marketing campaigns from start to finish – from creation and rigorous testing to sending, in-depth analysis, and comprehensive reporting for all our brands across Europe.
- Developing compelling promotions and user-friendly landing pages that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify valuable insights and propose innovative improvements for our campaigns.
- Implementing and analyzing A/B tests to continuously optimize our strategies and uncover what truly resonates with our customers.
- Conducting competitive intelligence to keep us at the forefront of the industry by gathering and reporting on competitor activities.
- Supporting crucial CRM-related projects, including involvement in a significant CRM tool migration project.
What You Bring to the Party:
- We're seeking someone with a passion for digital marketing and a proactive spirit. If you meet the following, we encourage you to apply:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A web marketing specialization or prior experience in digital marketing is a definite plus.
- A strong analytical mind, coupled with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under deadlines. You're rigorous, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with your team and our international colleagues.
- Autonomous, proactive, and curious, you're ready to bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- The ability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
