Storio is searching for an exceptional Director of Pricing to lead our quest for market leadership in the dynamic eCommerce landscape. How You Make Your Mark:
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining a strong competitive edge.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform crucial pricing decisions.
- Design, execute, and optimize a comprehensive calendar of promotional campaigns across all brands and marketing channels to boost customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, commercial, and finance teams to ensure pricing and promotions align perfectly with broader business objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytics, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to continuously refine pricing structures and enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and promotions, providing clear, actionable insights.
- Implement dynamic pricing models and automation tools to optimize price adjustments with agility.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while maintaining utmost transparency with our valued customers.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of pricing analysts, data scientists, and marketing specialists, cultivating a strong culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing and promotional strategies by staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Optimize pricing and promotional investments to ensure maximum profitability while nurturing long-term customer value.
What You Bring to the Party:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of demonstrable experience in pricing strategy, promotions, or revenue management, ideally within an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and hands-on experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep expertise in pricing optimization techniques, promotional planning, and revenue forecasting.
- A proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and successfully lead complex projects.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen paired with a results-driven mindset.
