About the role
As a Content & Merchandising Executive, you will be responsible for our digital products’ presentation, user experience and merchandising, as well as the accurate and timely management of all written and visual content across the Storio group app. 

As a central part of the Merchandising team, you will need to work responsively, especially during the build and launch of our group app. We always strive to give our customers the best experience, so if you have experience working within and enjoy the energy within fast-paced teams, then this is the role for you.You’ll need a good understanding of digital customer journeys, an interest in all things Tech and an excellent eye for detail as essentials. An inquisitive nature and an appetite to learn about different parts of the business, along with generally being an organised and positive member of the team will be hugely beneficial.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Crucial role in setting up the Storio group app. Correctly uploading and building copy and imagery to prepare for market launch
    • Strong collaboration with the app tech team to ensure a flawless user experience
    • Maintain content & functionality of relevant CMS and backend systems
    • Owning planning, briefing, executing and measuring of merchandising on app
    • Be the point of contact for setting up new campaigns, sites and products; support in defining studio journeys for new products
    • Managing all entries in our Content Management Systems: planning, mock-ups & briefings, updates, seasonal refreshes, landing pages & bug fixes
    • Improving the customer journey throughout & being a passionate customer ambassador 
    • Competitor review as well as conducting site and performance analytics and A/B tests, resulting in concrete, actionable strategic recommendations for the customer journey
    • Optimising existing pages for mobile and conceptualising, briefing and set-up of new pages 
    • Other website optimisation tasks, such as working with UX, performing site analytics, analysing customer reviews as well as setting up new structures/pages/tools/tracking tags 
    • Champion site consistency working closely with the creative and content team (e.g. product names, Tone of Voice, urls, imagery, etc.)
    • Working with designers and copywriters to respond to requests for updates to the site
    • Coordination and briefing of stakeholders across marketing, IT, CC, product & studio regarding new webshop elements

Experience and Attributes we’d like to see:

    • A passion for all things customer - an ability to put yourself into their shoes 
    • Experience of working across several markets & cultures
    • Experience in Ecommerce (Retail preferred) with significant expertise in defining and executing digital content and website optimisation
    • Experience in app content management - planning, briefing, executing and measuring content initiatives and campaigns
    • Highly developed stakeholder management skills
    • A highly independent self-starter working style
    • An ability to switch between strategic thinking and day-to-day execution
    • Experience in working with contentstack
    • Experience of working with collaborative tools such as JIRA or Slack
    • A basic understanding of Adobe Analytics
