About the Role:
What you’ll be responsible for as a HR Business Partner/People Partner at Storio group:
You will be joining a high performing, fun and developing People Team that is on a mission to establish an environment where people develop their best career moments.In this role as HR Business Partner(People Partner) you are the liaison between the People Team and the business to ensure the People Team helps the business make an impact.
In your role you contribute to organisational success by aligning HR practices with business needs, you help shape the organisational culture and manage changes effectively. You enable your dedicated teams to get the best out of all managers, employees and generally support the business in People related matters.
You will be the dedicated Functional HR business partner (People Partner) for our Manufacturing Plant in The Hague and will be part of the Plant Management Team.
Your Daily Adventure at Storio
- You are the tactical liaison between the People Team and the People Managers in The Hague.
- You take ownership and feel responsible for the success of the organization. and your location by making sure business demand is embedded in our People Strategy and roadmap.
- You are SME for all employee and labor related matters.
- You provide (solicited and unsolicited) advice, guidance and support to people managers in developing, documenting and communicating for individual employee relation cases, employee engagement matters, Talent, L&D, (long-term) illness etc.
- You are part of the Plant Management team in The Hague and partner with this team to champion and deliver the people agenda/initiatives Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging, often championing DE&I and engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and reinforce Storio’s values.
- You provide guidance and support to managers embedding our CoE framework and tools. You act as a coach and sparring partner for people managers and employees located in The Hague.
- You deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
- You play a pivotal role towards our temp agencies for peak staffing.
What You Bring to the Party
- You have a completed HBO/WO education, are analytically strong and have at least 3 years of experience as an HR consultant/advisor/business partner.
- You have a high energy level, a positive attitude and power to execute in order to achieve the intended objectives in a changing and dynamic organization.
- You are driven to achieve results for the organization and its employees, both on your own and in a team.
- You are a knowledgeable HR professional with the network to get the right information.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (labor) law.
- You switch easily between strategic issues and operational problems and you are able to translate problems into solutions.
- You are a self-starter and as a team player you are able to advise and if necessary, challenge in a constructive way.
- Strong problem solving skills including the relevant stakeholders to determine the best outcomes.
- You are an assertive and decisive personality and feel comfortable in a competitive environment where you are able to motivate and influence from natural authority.
- You are willing and eager to invest in your knowledge of the business in order to support it as best as possible.
- You communicate clearly and flawlessly in Dutch and English.
- You will be based in the plant in The Hague/Ypenburg to really be in the heart of the action with the production employees and be a visible member of the team on site.
