The CRM team at Storio group is all about collaboration between three areas of expertise: planning, operations and automation. As the CRM Automation Specialist, you will be an integral part of our CRM App & Automation team, collaborating with other two CRM Specialists and reporting to the CRM Lead of this team. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help build and scale the best-in-class Lifecycle programs by improving customer experience, engagement, and retention through nurturing, targeted, and triggered communications and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone who will focus on delivering automation projects to elevate omnichannel customer experiences by taking data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong CRM knowledge and a track record of successful marketing automated campaigns. A curious, technically competent, positive, and organized professional is the perfect fit for this role.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end creation of automated campaigns and customer lifecycle flows, from briefing to the customer's inbox/phone through several channels (e-mail, push notifications and SMS).
    • Cooperate with the CRM Lead in scoping business requirements and translating them into tech developments for lifecycle campaigns with the support of the MarTech team.
    • Constantly analyse performance and identify opportunities to use customer data to create a more personalized customer journey, liaising with the Customer Analytics department.
    • End to end use of our marketing platform Adobe Campaign Classic to create customer segments, campaign workflows and produce post campaign reports.
    • Optimize campaigns and performance based on key business metrics such as conversion rate, repeat purchase date and retention rate.
    • Set up and run A/B testing in order to enhance customers’ lifetime value throughout their user journey.

Experience and Attributes we'd like to see

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field, with at least 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle programs or marketing automation (experience Adobe Campaign Standard or Classic is a big plus)
    • Strong analytical skills with affinity for customer data (experience with Looker and Adobe Analytics is a big plus)
    • Previous experience of mapping customer journeys and enhancing touchpoints
    • Good technical project management skills
    • Good knowledge of HTML
    • Ability to combine operational & strategic work effectively and communicate with all levels of the business, prioritize & manage assignments to meet deadlines and establish solid relationships
    • Enthusiastic team player with “let’s go for it!” mentality, used to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
    • Good knowledge of SQL is an advantage
