About Us
As our CRM Operations Specialist, you will be one of the six executives in the CRM operations team, reporting to the Operations Lead. Your role will be crucial in driving repeat purchases and customer lifetime value for our 7 million customers across Europe.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and reporting of engaging and inspiring email campaigns for two of our brands. Collaboration with peers in the CRM team, CRM Tech team, and commercial teams will be essential to your success.

Primary Responsibilities

    • End-to-end set-up (email and target build, scheduling, and deployment) of email campaigns for our two BENELUX brands: Albelli NL and Albelli BE.
    • Steer, monitor, and report on campaign and channel performance to identify and recommend opportunities that enhance customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
    • Own quarterly forecasting and in-quarter revisions for the email channel.
    • Protect, grow, and report on the mailable base.
    • Collaborate closely with the CRM Tech team on daily operations and optimize processes affecting both teams.
    • Develop a test and learn strategy with the CRM Operations Lead and CRM Planning team to optimize the effectiveness of our communications and grow the mailable base.
    • Bring in a commercial mindset, creativity, and innovative knowledge of email marketing best practices.

    • As our CRM Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer journey and driving growth across our email marketing channels. 
    • Your expertise and strategic approach will help increase customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value, contributing significantly to the overall success of our brands.

Experience and Attributes we'd like to see

    • 2+ years of experience in CRM within an e-commerce environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with an affinity for customer data.
    • Previous experience designing and operationalizing email campaigns in an ESP.
    • Solid knowledge of email and mobile creative requirements, marketing trends, and best practices.
    • Proactive, eager to learn and experiment, and not afraid to fail.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Enthusiastic team player with a “let’s go for it!” mentality, accustomed to working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
    • Affinity and interest in technical projects is a plus

Nice to Have Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field.
