About the role

As the HR Systems & Analytics Manager at Storio group, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR Tech stack with Workday Core HR in the center. You will ensure that our HR technology stack, especially Workday, is efficiently leveraged to its full potential and integrated, next to building up the HR Analytics function to support our global HR objectives. You will lead a team of two HR Analysts, based in London and Barcelona, to enhance and expand our Workday and other HR system capabilities, including the future consolidation/deployment of additional Workday modules, other HR, Time Management, Payroll Systems, and integrations incl. E2E HR Analytics.

Your daily adventure at Storio:

    • Lead the ongoing stabilization, optimization and enhancement of our Workday Core HR system to ensure it meets evolving business needs and maximizes ROI.
    • Create a central repository of all HR tools & systems including the build of our HR System Architecture Diagram and development of an ongoing maintenance schedule.
    • Ensure the security and compliance of HR data within our HR systems and develop a thorough data integrity audit cadence.
    • Develop our future HR Tech stack incl. roadmap for system consolidation and optimisation opportunities (incl. Sickness / Time Management, Payroll and Learning & Development platforms) as well as new Workday module implementations (ie. Talent Optimization and LMS).
    • Build HR Analytics capabilities within the team to support our global HR objectives by defining analysis plans, relevant KPIs and dashboards to generate insights and answering business questions and hypotheses. 
    • Lead HR stakeholders in identifying & refining key business questions and support the HR Analysts team in prioritizing them. 
    • As a result, manage HR analysis projects end-to-end, ensuring that the analysis generates insights which support objective, data driven decision making.
    • Collaborate/communicate effectively with a wide variety of teams across the organization incl. HR team members, IT and other key stakeholders. Manage and influence stakeholders so that insights and HR systems are adopted by the business and drive value.
    • Provide expert guidance on HR Systems (incl. Workday) best practices, configurations, and updates.
    • Manage a team of two HR Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Together with your team, develop and deliver/publish training materials to increase proficiency for HR and other end-users with regards to our HR Tech stack.

What you bring to the party:

    • 7+ years experience in HR systems portfolio management, with a strong focus on Workday and HR Analytics
    • Experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining modulesKnowledge of touch points in HCM, payroll, benefits, time tracking, and security
    • Strong project planning and implementation skills.
    • Experience working in a multi European office setting.  
    • Experience leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in system optimization.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams.

Extra Kudos for Experience:

    • Current Workday certifications in Workday HCM, Time tracking and/or Absence modules
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
