About the role:
As a QA Engineer at Storio group's plant in The Hague, you will you will be integral in ensuring and continuously improving our processes to maintain the highest quality standards. You will analyze processes, develop training and instructions, conduct audits, and coordinate improvement initiatives.

Your daily adventure at Storio:

    • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Initiate and coordinate continuous improvement processes.
    • Conduct regular audits and practice verifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Document audit findings and work with relevant departments to address any issues.
    • Work closely with the SHEQ department, which includes 2 QA Engineers, 2 Quality Control colleagues, an SHE Coordinator, and a colleague from the returns department.
    • Participate in frequent practice verifications and audits to ensure a cohesive approach to quality and safety.
    • Provide detailed reports on audit findings, improvement initiatives, and overall quality performance.

    • Your thorough audits and practice verifications will ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
    • Your detailed reporting and proactive initiatives will directly contribute to maintaining Storio's reputation for excellence.

What you bring to the party:

    • You have completed a Bachelor's degree in quality management or followed a quality management module, e.g. during your Business Administration studies.
    • Affinity with investigating/analysing (production) processes, both in terms of data systems and procedures and work instructions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Dutch & English language, both verbally and in writing.

Extra Kudos for Experience:

    • You have affinity with the graphic industry, preferably gained in a similar environment where (graphic) production machines are used.
    • Familiarity with the challenges and quality requirements specific to manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to identify trends and inform decision-making.
