About the role
Storio group is looking for an energetic and team-oriented Rewards Specialist to collaborate with business and HR leaders, providing expertise and guidance on Rewards policies and programs.

As Total Rewards Specialist you will work on a variety of global Rewards cycle activities and Rewards-related projects as required, with an aim to elevate and expand the service offered by the Global Rewards Team.  You will work closely with the Head of Rewards to ensure that all Rewards programs are aligned to the Storio Total Rewards Philosophy. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that will suit individuals able to work well under pressure and manage competing demands from various stakeholders, whilst maintaining a very high attention to detail.

You will play a critical role in the successful design, communication, compliance and administration of the Total Rewards programs, helping to drive the global Total Rewards strategy and roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide specialist expertise and consulting on Rewards policies and programs across our European offices
    • Manage and/or lead large Rewards projects, policies and processes to achieve both short and long term business objectives with limited supervision.
    • Identify optimization opportunities and analysis of potentially complex issues.
    • Coordinate the implementation of Rewards program enhancements as well as annual Rewards processes such as annual pay review, benefits renewals, market data survey submission etc.
    • Analyze market data to assess the company’s competitive position and perform job evaluations. Maintain pay ranges and the company’s job architecture.
    • Coordinate annual Rewards processes such as annual pay review, Benefits renewals, Benchmarking data survey submission etc.  including liaising with global HR teams
    • Manage Incentive and Benefits programs and guide the People Operations Team in the administration of these programs. 
    • Manage vendor relationships and performance including Benefits providers, brokers, etc.
    • Key contributor to the development and delivery of effective communication materials and documentation for new and existing Rewards programs 
    • Keep up to date with legislative changes which will impact any area of the role including Compliance activities and tasks related to Rewards.

Impact and Contributions:

    • Aligning Rewards policies and programs with business objectives across European offices, ensuring strategic consistency.
    • Develop and oversee projects to enhance Rewards offering, improving employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Manage Compliance with international regulations and standards for Rewards topics, mitigating legal risks.
    • Create clear and effective communication materials for Rewards programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement.
    • Analyze Total Rewards, ensuring competitive compensation packages.

Experience and attributes we’d like to see:

    • +5 years relevant experience.
    • A recognized subject matter expert in Compensation and benefits  with experience preferably in a global, matrixed company.
    • Understanding of other disciplines and  job areas
    • Previous experience of working across European countries
    • Strong analytical skills to compile data, review it, assess it for trends and summarize it for presentations.
    • Diligent project management ability
    • Strong communication skills, displaying confidence to work and tailor communication style towards all levels across the organization incl. with senior management
    • Highly proficient with Google
    • Suite and HR systems (Workday preferred)

Nice to have experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous but not essential. 
    • Some exposure and/or understanding of the Technology industry
