You'll lead the charge on building the robust backend systems that power our offers and campaigns, providing our marketing teams with the self-service tooling they need to acquire and engage customers effectively. You'll collaborate closely with customer-facing product teams, influencing experiences that directly leverage the capabilities you build. You'll also be part of a vibrant community of over 25 product managers, dedicated to shared learning and mastery of their craft.

- Champion Clarity: Deep dive into our company and product vision, ensuring the Digital Marketing Platform Team's efforts are perfectly aligned to enable it.
- Forge Alignment: Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to challenge plans, identify constraints, and ensure seamless alignment across all product domains.
- Own the Backlog: Take full ownership of your team's backlog, ensuring it strategically supports our Customer Platform goals while maintaining technical health and team efficiency.
- Optimize and Elevate: Partner with your Engineering Manager to refine team processes and ways of working, establishing an effective and predictable delivery cadence.
- Communicate with Impact: Regularly communicate progress, identified risks, and crucial decisions across the company, fostering transparency and understanding.

- Problem Solver & Empath: Able to grasp complex technical challenges while deeply empathizing with customer needs.

- Working within an e-commerce or personalized photography product industry.
- Leading the development of a digital marketing platform.
