About the role:
Storio group, Europe's leading provider of personalised photo products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Operations Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team. As one of six CRM Operations Specialists, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing email campaigns for one of our brands, impacting millions of customers.
Your daily adventure at Storio:
- Own the email channel: You'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from target audience selection and content creation to scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Drive customer engagement: You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion strategies that foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate effectively: You'll work closely with CRM colleagues, the CRM Tech team, and commercial stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Be a data expert: You'll monitor key metrics, own quarterly forecasting, and provide insightful reporting on email channel performance and the health of our mailable base.
- Embrace innovation: You'll actively participate in developing and implementing a test-and-learn strategy to optimise email effectiveness and explore new ways to grow our audience.
- Champion efficiency: You'll identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and contribute to projects that enhance the team's overall efficiency.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven CRM expertise: 3+ years of experience in a CRM-focused role within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Email marketing mastery: A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, creative requirements, and current trends. Hands-on experience with ESPs is essential.
- Data-driven mindset: Excellent analytical skills and a passion for leveraging customer data to inform campaign strategies and drive results.
- Proactive and results-oriented: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Team player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical affinity: An interest in technical projects and a willingness to collaborate with the CRM Tech team is a plus.
