We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering and product organizations. The ideal candidate will have a track record of high performance in a full-cycle recruiting role inside a web3 company, and will have the unique opportunity to grow as part of our rapidly expanding and well-resourced organization. The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
 
The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder / Head of Protocol to develop and own the technical talent acquisition process including, but not limited to sourcing, screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking, and interview feedback sessions. The role will coordinate with the finance team on compensation analysis, offer extension and onboarding.
 
While the focus is expanding the engineering and product teams, subject to bandwidth, the role may include sourcing candidates for technical hires in other groups. 

Responsibiltiies

    • Develop positioning that is appealing to candidates and aligns with business strategy
    • Build consistent hiring templates and candidate profiles to understand overall requirements and success factors
    • Creatively source candidates for tough-to-fill Web3 positions, using a variety of channels (including internal referrals)
    • Screen candidates to determine fit and qualifications; train staff in screening best practices
    • Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing regular status updates and feedback
    • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
    • Regularly contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques to acquire critical talent

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 2+ years specializing in engineering recruiting in high-growth environments
    • Strong preference for Web3 / NFT work experience
    • Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
    • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers to drive effective recruitment
    • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
$150,000 - $180,000 a year
