As an Admin/HR Specialist in Strategic Gears, you will play a virtual role in supporting our HR operations and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team and various departments to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

    • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires into the Social Security system.
    • Manage the company's social insurance file with the relevant authorities.
    • Enroll new employees and delete resigned employees from the social insurance file.
    • Interact with Egyptian governmental authorities for company-related requirements and documents.
    • Manage employees' medical insurance, including adding new members and removing leavers.
    • Maintain accurate employee records within the company's systems.
    • Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and provisions for employee needs within the office.
    • Arrange travel logistics (Extracting Visa, hotels, air tickets, transportation) for employees.
    • Act as the main contact between the company and tourism/travel agencies.
    • Manage petty cash and collaborate with the finance team for settlements.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees with the IT department.
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate employee attendance records in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, law, or related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • 3-5 Years of Administration Experience
    • Previous experience in managing travel logistics (Visa, hotels, air tickets, transportation) for employees. (is a MUST)
    • Familiarity with travel agency coordination and negotiation.
    • Previous experience in an ERP system for attendance management is preferred.
    • Capability to work within a team environment and collaborate with various departments (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)
