Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations related to recruitment: sourcing, filtering, evaluating, interviewing, and arranging interviews.
- Participate in firm branding initiatives.
- Represent and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs.
- Build a high-quality pipeline and attract top candidates.
- Handle onboarding of new employees.
- Provide reports\dashboards on recruitment activities timely and accurately.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and practices.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Preferably familiar with: Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, HRDF, NITAQAT.
- Preferably certified in SHARM or CIPD (level 3 or 5) or any equivalent certification.
- Familiar with Recruiting Tools and systems like: LinkedIn, Lever
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent document development through MS Office.
