Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas) through the company’s approved travel agency.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on visa applications, travel documentation, and related requirements.
    • Maintain and regularly update the shared travel tracker, ensuring accuracy in requests, approvals, status updates, and cost records.
    • Ensure full compliance with the company’s Travel Policy and highlight any deviations when necessary.
    • Prepare, analyze, and distribute regular travel reports covering usage, costs, and travel trends to management.
    • Deliver timely assistance and administrative support to the operations team on travel-related matters and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • 3+ years of experience travel coordination.
    • Familiarity with travel booking systems or vendor coordination is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (preferred).
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
