Strategic Gears is one of the largest local management consultancies in Saudi Arabia, and the market leader in providing multidisciplinary services for both the private and public sectors. The company offers consulting solutions in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Operations & Organizational Excellence, and Digital, to a range of clients in both the public and private sectors. The company is heavily involved in the transformation era of Saudi Arabia, driven by the Vision 2030 initiative, in engagement with various government organizations and the Vision Realization Programs as well as the private sector. Strategic Gears has delivered projects in more than 17 sectors for the most wellknown entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
    • Manage brand positioning and maintain consistent messaging.
    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and SEO.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling content.
    • Work with sales teams on lead generation campaigns and lead nurturing.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-backed recommendations.
    • Plan and execute marketing events and promotional activities for the company internally & externally.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience. 
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
