Strategic Gears is looking to recruit a staffing specialist who will manage the resourcing allocations of the company.
This role involves managing data, efficient communication, reporting, and Business analytics
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations related to Business Operations.
- Manage resource planning, resource allocation, and resource management activities
- Prepare reports\dashboards for resource allocation.
- Perform the required analysis to provide insights needed for future manpower planning and capacity utilization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or IT.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to highlight risks and resolve them in alignment with all stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail & Quality Focus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
