Responsibilities:

    • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. 
    • Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) to source and attract qualified candidates. 
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. 
    • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records. 
    • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job ads across multiple channels. 
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines. 
    • Participate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs and social media campaigns. 
    • Prepare recruitment reports and updates for the team.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience is acceptable). 
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
