The Economic Researcher\Writer will be required to deliver timely, high-quality economic research. They will engage in quantitative and qualitative economics research, statistical data and information aggregation, analysis and modeling, preparation policy briefs, research papers, and reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in economic research and reports generation.
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic & English
- Ability to effectively apply statistical concepts to analysis.
- Ability to deliver timely, high-quality outputs that meet the specified brief.
- Ability to organize, interpret and present information in a meaningful way to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent Math skills
- Excellent Critical-thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for aligning with stakeholders the monthly report topic
§ Former awareness and preparation on the monthly given project(s) to be before the month starts
§ Following up with other team leaders to ensure quality and excellency
§ Ensuring consistency of content and design during the editing and proofreading stages
§ Applying both qualitative and quantitative economic analysis to given topics within a variety of fields
§ Preparing needed research and building knowledge before making forecasts
§ Reporting project updates within each stage and making sure that included teams are posted on changes and amendments
§ Maintaining fidelity, confidentiality, and professionalism while working with different teams or individually
§ Creating material for the generated monthly report to be posted on social media outlets and ensure it’s posted at the right time
§ Create a social media material on any general topic based on the trend to be created as an infographic by the designing team to be posted on social media
§ Working in alignment with the graphic designing team to ensure high-quality execution of reports, forms, graphs, and insights and meet deadlines
