Responsibilities

    • Translate business requirements into documentation in the form of processes and policies.
    • Evaluate internal business processes.
    • Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
    • Developing the company policies & procedures.
    • Develop a gap analysis and design the migration plan for the sake of implementing the new processes.
    • Responsible for managing internal projects in the areas of Business Process Governance.
    • Manage relevant stakeholders and lead requirements capturing, process development, and change communication about roles & responsibilities.
    • Designs and develops the required reports for the management.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably an internal role in a consulting environment.
    • Ability to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders on various levels.
    • Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision to execute agreed objectives.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Visio.
