Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into documentation in the form of processes and policies.
- Evaluate internal business processes.
- Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Developing the company policies & procedures.
- Develop a gap analysis and design the migration plan for the sake of implementing the new processes.
- Responsible for managing internal projects in the areas of Business Process Governance.
- Manage relevant stakeholders and lead requirements capturing, process development, and change communication about roles & responsibilities.
- Designs and develops the required reports for the management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably an internal role in a consulting environment.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with multiple stakeholders on various levels.
- Self-starter and able to work with limited supervision to execute agreed objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Visio.
