Qualifications

    • 3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
    • Experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence.
    • Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).

Responsibilities

    • Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities.
    • Identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses.
    • Organize & analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights.
    • Develop presentations on findings and insights.
    • Present findings to team members and clients.
    • Conduct & document meetings, interviews with clients.
    • Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
    • Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development. Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
    • Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
    • Assess the depth required, translate the analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results.
    • Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.
