Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management of internal strategy initiatives with different scopes, timelines and complexity
- Contributes to the Operations Strategic Plan by applying advanced knowledge of functional areas.
- Establish and define project deliverables and objectives.
- Communication and manage different stakeholders at different levels in the organization.
- Identify risks and obstacles, quantify impacts, ensure mitigations and contingency plans are executed.
- Lead formal project interaction reviews, readiness.
- Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely related specialty; an MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in strategy development, strategic planning
- PMP is preferred.
- Previous experience in Management consulting is a plus.
- Able to wear multiple hats, be flexible, and grow outside of your comfort zone.
