As people experience specialists, you will be responsible for developing and executing the internal communications strategy, Managing & executing the overall culture initiatives for our organization to ensure operational efficiency along with ensuring high employee satisfaction rate.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content\events that engages employees and strengthens the company’s culture. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.

Responsibilities:

    • Formulate an internal communication and engagement plan for the company based on the strategy.
    • Oversee and generate content for internal communication channels such as emails, in-person gatherings, and virtual events.
    • Continuously assess the efficiency of these channels and implement ongoing enhancements.
    • Planning and executing comprehensive all-staff events, town halls, and regional gatherings, in virtual and physical formats.
    • Foster active participation and a sense of inclusion among employees in all office locations, embedding the organizational culture and shared brand values, thereby promoting consistent communication.
    • Incorporate feedback mechanisms into the internal communication strategy to facilitate input from employees.
    • Ensure that internal communication remains sensitive and well-timed, particularly in relation to significant external announcements.
    • Manage and execute the overall internal events, from ideation stage to execution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

    • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Public relations, or relevant field.
    • Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Excellent document development through MS Office.
    • Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
    • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude.
    • Solid skills in event management, and project management.
    • Creative and Curious approaches.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Demonstrated expertise in crafting content.
    • Experience in employee engagement strategies.
    • Strong client and vendor management skills.
