Strategic Gears has delivered projects for the most well-known entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.
As a System Analyst, you will ensure the ERP system meets business needs by working with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system performance. Success means effective collaboration with internal teams and vendors to implement improvements that support company objectives and maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze core business processes and workflow.
- Oversee the ERP next system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and company objectives.
- Coordinate with outsourced IT support and ERP implementation teams, ensuring service quality and
- adherence to company standards.
- Analyze and recommend improvements for better system performance and usability.
- Design and document system requirements for new functionalities and enhancements.
- Serve as the liaison between IT, business users, and third-party vendors/service providers.
- • Assist in the management of device stocks and keep track of device lifecycle within the company
Requirements
- Proven experience with ERP next. (minimum 2 years)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
